The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) supports individuals under 65 with disabilities by providing access to care and assistance. It also offers valuable information and services to families and carers, helping them support their loved ones with disabilities. Through the NDIS, individuals can lead ordinary lives now and adapt to changes as they occur.
As an insurance scheme, the NDIS adopts a lifetime approach, focusing on early investment to enhance long-term outcomes for people with disabilities.
